JKL Duo teamed up in 2015, connecting over their shared love for Improvisation, World, Classical, Jazz and Celtic music, and have since used their eclectic musical tastes to cultivate exciting multi-genre projects.
Their music-making has been inspired by the poetry of Robert Burns, and their work also features jazz standards and instantly recognisable film music, as they reimagine familiar tunes and introduce captivating new sounds.
